In addition to using the best materials available on the market, we’ve pulled countless all-nighters to tweak the engineering and production processes used to make our bags. That means that our bags aren’t just smell proof – they also have the most durable zippers, the most innovative designs, and the strongest tear strength on the market!
What Materials Are Used To Make Stink Sack Bags?
Stink Sacks are primarily made of a special form of polypropylene, a food-safe material most often found in food-containers and dishware. The bags are also laminated to ensure an excellent odor and moisture barrier as well as superior durability.
Can Dogs Smell Through The Bags?
Sorry, due to the liability and legalities involved, we aren’t able to answer this very common question nor state any claims.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship to nearly every country in the world! There’s no need to do anything special, simply shop as normal and enter your address at checkout – it will automatically calculate and show you the international shipping costs before you confirm payment.
How Do I Get Free Shipping?
We offer free first class shipping on all orders of Stink Sack bags (style numbers starting with SS) over $5.00 anywhere in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO. Free shipping is not available on all orders with Dymapak bulk packs (style numbers starting with DY) because we offer them at rock bottom prices. Sorry, we wish we could extend the love to the rest of our fans around the world but it simply costs too much!
When Will My Order Ship?
All online orders are packed up and shipped out within 2 business days (48 hours) of receipt.
Need it quickly? We offer guaranteed same day shipping on all orders received before 3:00 pm EST for an extra cost of $5.00/order – simply choose the “Same Day Shipping” option when paying at checkout.

Can I Get My Order Shipped Discreetly?
Maintaining your privacy is critically important to us, so every Stink Sack order is shipped discreetly in either an unmarked brown box or large white envelope. The only writing on the package besides the recipient’s address is our corporate return address, shown as “Quark Distribution Inc. PO Box 3332, New York, NY 10163.”
Where's My Stuff?
We ship all online orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Once your order heads out the door, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link so you can track it online directly and find out where it is.

How Do I Change My Order?
We begin processing your order immediately after receipt so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.
All order modification requests must be received within 24 hours of submission. Any modification requests received more than 24 hours after submission may be subject to additional shipping & handling charges.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and credit your refund to the original form of payment used.
If your order has already been processed but not yet delivered, please refuse to sign for the package when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.
If your order has already been delivered, you may return unopened and unused merchandise back to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.
Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses?
We are happy to offer free first class USPS shipping on all orders over $5.00 to PO Boxes and APO Addresses. Unfortunately, both UPS and FedEx do not make deliveries to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

What Is Your Return Policy?
You may return unopened and unused merchandise by mail in their original condition, accompanied by the original packing slip, within 7 days of delivery for a complete refund to the original form of payment. Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Refunds to credit cards and debit cards are subject to a 4% processing fee subject to our merchant processor. Original shipping charges are not refunded. To return a product, please fill out this form to submit your request – we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to make the necessary arrangements.

Why Am I Being Charged Sales Tax?
